RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Spore Dream.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return according to the terms below.

RETURNS

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused and unopened
- the product must be in its original packaging
- the item must be in the same condition as received
- proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- the wrong product was received
- the product is defective

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- opened food supplements
- opened mushroom products
- perishable goods
- personalized or custom products
- gift cards
- sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:
- be unused
- remain unopened
- include original packaging
- include proof of purchase

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
- banks and payment providers may require additional processing time
- shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
